Central government has started a campaign for saturation of all PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana beneficiaries with Kisan Credit Card (KCC) Scheme. All the farmers can now download Kisan Credit Card Loan Application Form 2024 for Agricultural Credit in PDF format online. The official websites to download Kisan Credit Card (KCC) Apply Online Form PDF are www.pmkisan.gov.in and www.agricoop.gov.in. This merging of PM Kisan Samman Yojana with KCC will enable farmers to avail concessional institutional credit from KCC for crops as well as animal/fish rearing at a maximum interest of 4%.
Kisan Credit Card Scheme online application forms for PM-KISAN beneficiaries are open now. The Union govt. wants that all the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana beneficiaries get their own personalized Kisan Credit Card (KCC). For this, Indian Banks Association has waived off charges like processing, documentation, inspection & ledger folio charges as well as service charges for KCC loans upto Rs. 3 lakh.
All the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana beneficiary farmers can now approach their bank branches for Kisan Credit Card Application. There, farmers will have to submit the single page KCC registration form along with land record & details of crops sown to get their Kisan Credit Cards ready.
Contents hideIn the ongoing Atmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyan, FM Nirmala Sitharaman has announced Rs. 2 lakh crore more concessional credit would be extended for Kisan Credit Card (KCC) Scheme. Fisheries and animal husbandry farmers will be included in KCC Scheme. Around 2.5 crore fishery and animal husbandry farmers to benefit from this KCC scheme.
Union Minister of State for Fisheries, Animal Husbandry & Dairying, L Murugan has said that Kisan Credit Card Scheme has been extended to fishermen to provide them loans at low interest rates. Addressing ‘Fishermen Convention’ organised by Kerala Pradesh Fishermen Group (BMS) at Munambam in Kochi, the minister said that the commitment of the Central government towards the fishermen was evident in the fact that it has created a separate department for Fisheries and set apart Rs. 20,000 crore for the Aatmanirbhar Bharat Campaign.
The MoS said, “For the first time in independent India, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has sanctioned Rs. 20,000 crore for fishermen in the Atmanirbhar Bharat project.” He added that the government has earmarked Rs 7.5 crores to set up integrated fishermen villages with schools, healthcare facilities, etc. He further announced that the fuel subsidy for the fisherman will continue and said that the Union government has sanctioned Rs. 246 crore for fishermen in Kerala alone in the last five years. Murugan said that the policy of the government is to develop all fishing harbours in India.
Now central govt. is going to provide Kisan Credit Card to Dairy Farmers. This KCC scheme extension to dairy farmers will enable them to avail loans upto Rs. 3 Lakh at 2% to 4% interest rates. A statement from govt official said “PM Modi has initiated a new scheme for livestock farmers which will benefit them immensely. Earlier KCC were issued only to farmers but now they will be issued to dairy farmers as well. They can avail upto Rs 3 Lakh in Credit at very low interest.”

STEP 1: Firstly visit the official PM Kisan portal at pmkisan.gov.in
STEP 2: At the homepage, click at the “Download KCC Form” tab present in the main menu.
STEP 4: Accordingly, the KCC Loan Application Form Agricultural Credit For PM Kisan Beneficiaries will appear as shown below:-
STEP 5: All the interested farmer beneficiaries of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme can download this KCC form in PDF format. Finally, people can submit the completed Kisan Credit Card application form at the bank itself.

For more detailed information, check Kisan Credit Card FAQ’s. Upon receiving the KCC apply online form from PM Kisan beneficiaries, banks will issue Kisan Credit Cards to farmers within 14 days.
There is no procedure offered by the central government as of now to apply online for Kisan Credit Card, neither the banks are offering any such facility for KCC apply online. Every farmer who wish to apply for Kisan Credit Card loan scheme is required to visit the bank branch and fill the simplified one page application form as given above.
PM Kisan is an income support scheme for around 14 crore farmers in India. Under this scheme, the central govt. provides Rs. 6,000 per annum to all farmers. Till date, around 9.7 crore farmer families have been registered in PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. More than 8.4 crore farmer families have already availed PM kisan installments and bank details of these farmers are available at bank branches.
Aadhar details of PM Kisan beneficiary farmers are also available with Indian government. Such farmers can easily avail the facility of Kisan Credit Card just by submitting their land records copy and details of crop sown. Currently, there are around 6.7 crore Kisan Credit Card (KCC) beneficiaries in the entire country. Even if we assume that all KCC cardholders are PM-Kisan beneficiaries, there are around 3 cr farmers who doesn’t possess Kisan Credit Card (KCC) facility. So, Indian Bank Association (IBA) has designed a single page KCC form and copy of this form is available on scheduled commercial banks, website of department (www.agricoop.gov.in) and PM-Kisan portal (www.pmkisan.gov.in).
All the left out PM-Kisan beneficiaries can download the KCC form from these official website or can get it from banks. Upon successful submission of forms, banks will provide KCC facility to such farmers.
